Introducing New York’s most desirable new address – in collaboration with Art & Graft, ODA architecture and Winkreative, we created the namesake character Flynn for the launch of the new residence in Chelsea. We depicted a day in his life through a series of animations and style frames to highlight the buildings unique architecture and premium amenities.

The client loved the unique approach so much, the final residence name was ‘The Flynn’. With a comprehensive brand strategy and central destination website showcasing everything, we were able to create a unique experience for potential buyers and created a hub for all things Flynn, including sessions actors that resembled the animation fictional characters for the launch press event. We also recreated ‘Flynn’s Living Room’ to serve as the sales gallery. The namesake character Flynn was also used in print and online advertising.
